PetroMod’s service options include support from our technical service center in Aachen, Germany. We can offer a full range of services from direct on-site support and customized training courses to the complete creation of proprietary and multi-client studies using PetroMod technology.

Services including training and entire projects which can be performed at the Schlumberger Aachen Technology Center AaTC, Germany or at client sites all over the world. Working in our center in Aachen has the benefit for the clients of engaging the entire PetroMod team of geoscience experts and developers to be directly involved in the project. Additionally, working in our office can be significantly more efficient for the clients as the total focus lies on their projects without the daily distractions of their office environments.

Services can also be performed at the client site which has the advantage that the client is trained to work with his/her own data and our experts are closely involved with the work environment and the particular goals of the client. The client's data can then be replicated at the head office in Germany and processing can be performed simultaneously with the client to provide rapid technical support and troubleshooting.
